Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Istanbul to support order processing, inquiries, and issue resolution across the customer journey. You will work with Sales, Relational Customer Care, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure timely delivery and accurate invoicing, while maintaining documentation and compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and experience in customer-facing roles, with fluency in Turkish and strong English skills, and familiarity with SAP or other ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in customer service, order management, operations or a similar role.
• Fluency in Turkish and good command of English (written and spoken).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work accurately with transactional data and manage multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review and process customer orders and requests accurately via SAP and electronic channels.
• Validate order information and customer-specific requirements for accurate processing.
• Handle returns, invoicing and other order-related requests per established processes.
• Process order changes and corrections based on customer, Sales or operational needs.
• Coordinate with teams to support timely resolution of urgent/non-standard orders.
• Collaborate with Customer Care, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate order documentation and archive relevant requests and approvals.
