Job summary

adidas Group in Istanbul seeks a Senior Manager Order Book Fulfillment to lead supply chain execution for Turkey, aligning demand and supply across markets to maximize OTIF and stock efficiency. You will own end-to-end order book management, drive SAP-based changes, and coordinate with Markets, Retail, and Logistics to meet monthly targets.

The role demands a four-year degree, 7–8 years in supply chain, and 4+ years in management, with strong SAP and English skills.

Qualifications

Four-year degree in finance, business, logistics, planning, Supply Chain, information systems, or operations.
7-8 years of experience in a supply chain environment.
4+ years of management experience.
Fluent in English (oral and written).
Deep understanding of operational supply chain processes and needs.
Strong SAP expertise.
Self-motivation and self-management.
Analytical and planning capabilities.
Interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Lead S&OP Calendar & Process in TR.
Ensure on-time loading and delivery of ex-factory products considering cost efficiency.
Prepare weekly rolling summary reports to SCM Director; propose solutions to accelerate delivery.
Coordinate foreign trade activities for accuracy and cost efficiency.
Oversee availability and fulfillment in day-to-day TR operations.
OTIF execution discussions and proactive issue resolution.
Lead cross-functional projects to enhance OTIF and inventory efficiency.
Participate in area/Market projects representing order book needs.
Drive change management for SAP transitions and cross-functional integration.
