Job summary

Bertelsmann’s Arvato Logistics division seeks a field operations supervisor in Istanbul to lead a dynamic team and optimize e-commerce logistics. You will drive sustainable plans, report KPIs, and coordinate field activities across the network.

The role requires strong communication, English proficiency, and experience in field force management. Living on the Anatolian Side is preferred, with a formal path for professional growth within Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in logistics processes, preferably in e-commerce.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of English both written and verbal.
• Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Experienced in field force management.
• Very good knowledge on MS Office Applications.
• Customer and solution-oriented.
• Living/willing to live in Anatolian Side of İstanbul.
• Complete military service for male applicants.
