Job summary

Arvato is seeking a Logistics Operations Responsible to oversee our warehouse activities, coordinating inbound, outbound, returns, product care and customer experience. The role requires proactive planning, strong communication, and a focus on service excellence.

The position involves planning capacity, budgeting, and directing warehouse teams in a dynamic e-commerce environment, with ongoing collaboration with customers in daily/weekly meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1–3 years in warehouse processes, preferably e-commerce.
• Experience in picking, product care, park ptl, shipping, inbound and outbound.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Able to work in shifts.
• Military service completed for male applicants.

Responsibilities

• Plan Inbound, Outbound, Return, Product Care and Customer Experience processes.
• Track and realize capacity targets.
• Manage and develop Inbound, Outbound, Return, Product Care and Customer Experience teams.
• Track the transfer of production capacities with the customer in daily and weekly meetings.
• Track and planning of production budget.
• Track and realization of productivity targets.
• Monitor the income and expenditure balances of the projects for which it is responsible.

• Tracking and realization of capacity targets
• Management and development of Inbound, Outbound, Return, Product Care and Customer Experience teams
• Tracking the transfer of production capacities with the customer in daily and weekly meetings
• Tracking and planning of production budget
• Tracking and realization of productivity targets
• Monitoring the income and expenditure balances of the projects for which it is responsible

Your Profile

• Min. Bachelor’s degree in related departments
• 1 - 3 years of experience in the warehouse processes; preferably in e-commerce
• Picking, product care, park ptl, shipping,inbound and outbound experience
• E-commerce warehouse stock management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Advanced knowledge of English both written and verbal
• Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Experienced in field force management
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Customer and solution-oriented
• Living/willing to live in Anatolian Side of İstanbul or Kocaeli
• Able to work in shifts when necessary
• Complete military service for male applicants
