Job summary

Arvato Logistics in Tuzla, Turkey, seeks a results-driven logistics supervisor to lead a field team, manage e-commerce operations, and implement sustainable development plans. You will identify corrective actions, coordinate with IT transitions, and deliver weekly KPI reports to improve customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, English proficiency, and hands-on experience with MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in logistics processes, preferably in e-commerce.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of English both written and verbal.
• Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Experienced in field force management.
• Very good knowledge on MS Office Applications.
• Customer and solution-oriented,
• Living/willing to live in Anatolian Side of İstanbul.
• Complete miltary service for male applicants
