Job summary

ITProposal is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician (On-Call) based in Belgium to join the team on an on-call basis. The role covers onsite support, hardware and software troubleshooting, and escalation of complex issues, with a focus on delivering strong customer service and SLA adherence.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with Windows operating systems, Office applications, and basic networking, and must be available for on-call shifts as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in onsite or desktop IT support.
• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be based in Belgium.
• Availability for on-call assignments.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support and break/fix services
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues
• Install, configure, and replace desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Support end-user devices and operating systems
