Job summary

EvolveTalent is seeking a Dutch-speaking Technical Support Engineer to join their international team. You will provide technical assistance to customers across the EMEA region, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and collaborating with Sales, R&D, and Manufacturing to resolve complex issues.

Ideal candidates have a degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering and strong Dutch/English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of electrical products and their applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for single-phase UPS products (hardware and software).
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, web tickets and online chat.
• Assist with product selection, documentation, warranty inquiries, repair requests, and calibration needs.
• Escalate non-standard technical issues to Level 2/3 and other specialists.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product Management, R&D, Manufacturing and Logistics on escalations.
• Maintain up-to-date process documentation and participate in improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to higher customer satisfaction and faster response and resolution times.
• Support a high-quality, customer-focused service culture.
