Job summary

Itproposal is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join our team on an on-call basis. Based in the specified location, you will provide on-site support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals, addressing hardware and software issues to keep user systems running smoothly.

You will troubleshoot TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and Wi-Fi problems, install and configure devices, and escalate complex issues while delivering strong customer service and meeting SLA requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in onsite IT support or desktop support.
• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be based in Belgium.
• Availability for on-call assignments.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support and break/fix services.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Install, configure, and replace desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Support end-user devices and operating systems.
• Escalate complex technical issues when required.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting SLA requirements.
