Job summary

HiCCUP is seeking a Merchant Acquisition & Management Manager to own the full merchant lifecycle in Istanbul. You will identify high-potential manufacturers, negotiate deals and drive onboarding to fast, smooth live launches.

You will manage a portfolio of merchants, monitor GMV and retention, and partner with the tech team to build tools that scale operations. This is a hands-on operating role with ownership from day one.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in VC, management consulting, investment banking, or a fast-growing startup.

Responsibilities

• Own merchant acquisition end-to-end: pipeline, negotiations, partnerships.
• Lead onboarding so it's fast and frictionless: catalog, pricing, go-live with zero defects.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of merchant accounts; drive sales and partnerships.
• Own merchant KPIs such as GMV, sell-through, catalog quality, retention.
• Design tech-enabled solutions; write clear requirements for engineers.
• Build and coach a team of Merchant Associates.
• Report to leadership with dashboards and recommendations.
