Job summary

URBN is seeking a Sr. PD and Production Coordinator in Istanbul to lead end-to-end product development and production. You will manage style creation through manufacturing, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality goods that meet brand aesthetics and margins.

You will build supplier partnerships, drive speed-to-market, and align with global expansion goals while tracking calendar targets and communicating changes to the Merchants and Brand teams.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years related job experience in complex apparel sourcing.
• Experience with specialty retail or direct-to-consumer a plus.
• Proven ability to build cross-functional partnerships.
• Track record of delivering process improvements and efficiencies.
• Strong English communication and high urgency for deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Design's vision by allocating product and sourcing materials.
• Develop supplier relationships to meet category needs and margins.
• Build relationships to drive innovation, speed to market and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal partners to meet goals and timelines.
• Own style development ensuring vision, quality and cost targets.
• Manage seasonal calendar actualization with Brand Sourcing Director.
• Analyze opportunities to improve adoption rates and style counts.
• Align product needs with cost/delivery changes for merchants.
• Oversee production time and TA for on-time delivery.
• Manage order placement and align ship dates with strategy.
• Review factory/brand reports for opportunities and improvements.
• Oversee TOP and QA processes with vendors and DC.
• Ensure shipping compliance with routing guides and train vendors.
