Job summary

Hiccup is seeking a hands-on Associate to onboard and grow a merchant portfolio in our Maslak, Istanbul office. You will guide manufacturers and brands from initial conversations through onboarding, helping them succeed and scale on the platform.

You will identify potential partners, support onboarding, and manage day-to-day accounts, tracking performance and driving process improvements with the tech team. Excellent communication in English and Turkish is expected.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates welcome
• Preferably in Engineering, Economics or Business Administration
• Strong analytical skills with Excel/Sheets; SQL a plus; familiarity with AI tools is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Support merchant acquisition: identify potential manufacturers and brands, reach out, conduct intro meetings and move deals toward signature
• Run onboarding for new merchants: guide account creation, catalog upload, data quality, pricing and go-live
• Manage day-to-day merchant accounts: act as main contact, answer questions and explain Hiccup operations and growth
• Track merchant performance: sales, catalog health, stock, sell-through; identify issues and opportunities and propose actions
• Improve processes: spot repetitive steps, suggest tech solutions and coordinate with tech team to test and roll out tools
• Build reports and dashboards to show merchant pipeline and portfolio status
