Job summary

Constructor Labs is seeking an experienced Partner Manager to drive partner-led growth across Türkiye and the Balkans, recruiting and enabling strategic partners in education and digital learning.

You will build joint business plans, track regional targets, and coordinate with Sales, Customer Success and GTM teams while reporting to the President. This role offers hybrid work with in-office days in Istanbul and remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience in sales, business development, and partnership roles.
• Strong presentation preparation and delivery skills.
• Proven success in partner management, channel sales, alliances, or ecosystem development.
• Experience with Microsoft partner ecosystems in education is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship management and business development skills.
• Strong planning, organisation and prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the partner growth strategy.
• Recruit, onboard, and activate new channels and strategic partners.
• Grow revenue through existing partners and expand partner-led pipeline opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with partner executives, sales leaders, and technical stakeholders.
• Create and execute joint business plans, go-to-market initiatives, and co-selling activities.
• Provide market intelligence and partner insights to support regional growth objectives.
• Actively support the Türkiye & Balkans strategy alongside the President.
• Track strategic initiatives, execution plans, and regional targets.
• Ensure follow-up on Sales, Customer Success, Strategic Partnerships, and GTM priorities.
• Support cross-functional coordination to keep execution on track.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, board-style decks, and briefing documents.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across Türkiye and the Balkans.
