Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely, professional support.
• Process sales orders accurately and follow up on status and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with production, planning, warehouse, logistics and finance to meet timelines.
• Prepare quotations, sales documents, reports, and customer records.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer communications.
• Assist with after-sales support, resolving issues and following up on feedback.
• Maintain accurate data in the company system and file documents.
