Job summary

Envista is seeking an Order Management Senior Specialist to own the end-to-end order lifecycle from entry to invoicing. You will coordinate with customers, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure accurate orders and timely shipments, while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires 8+ years in order management or related fields, strong ERP and Excel skills, and excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Logistics Operations.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order fulfillment and coordinate with customers, warehouse, and logistics partners.
• Enter, validate, and process customer orders in the ERP system.
• Review orders for accurate product codes, quantities, pricing, and delivery information.
• Track order lifecycle from entry to delivery and invoicing.
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely shipment.
• Process amendments, cancellations, returns, and special requests.
• Monitor shipment status and follow up on delays or outstanding deliveries.
• Communicate order updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare regular reports on order status, backorders, shipment performance, and service levels.
• Identify opportunities to improve order management processes and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and procedures.
