Responsibilities

• Manage daily opening and closing of the store.
• Greet guests and provide a personalized, high-quality shopping experience.
• Handle sales transactions, payments, and cash procedures accurately.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure proper display and replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation of the store.
• Track inventory movements and support regular stock counts.
• Prepare daily sales and operation reports as required.
• Address guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with hotel departments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Take ownership of day-to-day store operations and uphold high service standards.
