Job summary

Aliée Istanbul is a unique luxury lifestyle destination seeking an Assistant Entertainment Manager to support daily operations of our store. You will assist in planning and executing entertainment strategies, coordinating live performances, DJ sessions, events, and exclusive guest experiences.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments, liaise with suppliers, and monitor brand standards.

Qualifications

• University degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Experience in entertainment operations or events preferred.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or premium venues is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the Entertainment Director in planning and implementing the property's entertainment strategy and programming.
• Coordinate planning and execution of entertainment activities, live performances, DJ sessions, events, and exclusive guest experiences.
• Contribute to development of innovative entertainment concepts to enhance guest experience.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of programs and events.
• Manage event schedules, operational preparations, technical requirements, and logistics.
• Support day-to-day coordination and supervision of the entertainment team.
• Liaise with external suppliers, performers, agencies to ensure high-quality event delivery.
• Monitor operations to ensure brand standards, quality expectations, and procedures.
• Gather and evaluate guest feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Assist with monitoring entertainment-related expenses and resource usage.
• Stay informed about industry trends and lifestyle hospitality experiences.
