Aliée Istanbul is seeking a passionate, detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily operations, maintain luxury standards, and support a high-performing team.

You will ensure guest rooms and public areas are immaculate, train staff, and coordinate with departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences at Tersane Istanbul's Aliée Istanbul.

Fluency in English preferred; previous housekeeping supervisory experience in luxury hotels is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Housekeeping, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• Experience in a supervisory role is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English is preferred.

In this role, you will supervise the daily housekeeping operations, ensure guest rooms and public areas consistently meet the highest cleanliness and presentation standards, support and coach the housekeeping team, and help deliver an exceptional guest experience while maintaining the luxury standards of Aliée Istanbul.
