Job summary

Aliée Istanbul is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily store operations, welcome guests, provide a personalized luxury shopping experience, and uphold the brand's impeccable standards in a high-end setting.

You will manage cash, stock, visual presentation, and daily reports, while coordinating with hotel departments to maintain impeccable service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, luxury hospitality, boutique, or similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of store operations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities
