Job summary

Aliée Istanbul is seeking a passionate, detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily operations, maintain luxury standards, and support a high-performing team.

You will ensure guest rooms and public areas are immaculate, train staff, and coordinate with departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences at Tersane Istanbul's Aliée Istanbul.

Fluency in English preferred; previous housekeeping supervisory experience in luxury hotels is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Housekeeping, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• Experience in a supervisory role is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily housekeeping operations.
• Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet the highest cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Inspect rooms and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members while maintaining brand standards.
• Monitor inventory and housekeeping supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
