Aliée Istanbul is seeking a proactive Duty Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless service across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments. You will act as the on-duty leadership representative, uphold luxury standards, and address guest requests with professionalism.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in hotel operations, with strong English skills and a track record of managing guest experiences in luxury settings. Shift flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory role within a luxury hotel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Excellent guest relations abilities and a guest-centric mindset.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily hotel operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
• Act as the on-duty management representative, enforcing policies and brand standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address requests, feedback, and complaints.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, Security, and other teams to ensure seamless service.
• Conduct operational inspections to maintain standards in guest areas and back-of-house.
• Monitor VIP arrivals and guest preferences to deliver personalized experiences.
• Make timely decisions to address operational challenges and service recovery.
• Ensure accurate shift handovers and communicate updates and incidents effectively.
• Support implementation and improvement of service standards and operating procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Guide operational teams to promote teamwork and accountability.
• Prepare and communicate operational reports documenting incidents and guest concerns.
