Mandarin Oriental Group is seeking a server for its luxury hospitality team in Istanbul. The role focuses on upholding impeccable service, knowledge of the menu and wine list, and delivering a memorable guest experience in a high-end environment.

You will greet guests, maintain standards, and support VIP amenities while ensuring timely, courteous service and adherence to quality benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a high standard of verbal communication.
• Shows up-selling skills and guest engagement.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including holidays.
• Has at least 2 years in a similar server role, preferably in luxury environments.
• Can manage multiple tasks and maintain service standards.

Responsabilités

• Maintain clean, presentable uniform and professional image as a service ambassador.
• Know the menu and wine list to answer or tailor guest requests.
• Greet guests, establish rapport and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Keep the restaurant clean and organized while following standards.
• Prepare VIP amenities and deliver per quality standards.
• Deliver service in a friendly, courteous, and efficient manner.
• Upsell services and products to guests to enhance service and revenue.
• Assist with billing and cashiering per hotel policies.
• Report guest feedback to the manager on duty for prompt action.
• Clear tables and manage side-work in the wash area efficiently.
