Job summary

Raffles Istanbul is seeking an experienced team leader with a passion for luxury hospitality, restaurant operations, and exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate will lead, motivate, and train a restaurant service team, with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction and service recovery.

Fluency in Turkish and English, knowledge of food, beverages and wine, and familiarity with LQA standards and Micros POS systems are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Passion for luxury hospitality and exceptional service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in Turkish and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to lead, motivate and train a service team, with experience in shift planning and daily restaurant operations.
• Strong knowledge of food, beverages and wine, with familiarity with luxury service standards, including LQA.
• Working knowledge of restaurant POS systems, preferably Micros.
