Job summary

Four Seasons in Istanbul is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily restaurant operations, uphold service standards, and mentor a high-performing team. You will collaborate with the Executive Chef and F&B leadership on menus, guest satisfaction, and cost control, while delivering exceptional guest experiences in line with luxury hospitality.

This local, full-time role requires leadership and English proficiency, with opportunities for learning and development and staff

Qualifications

University degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
1–2 years supervisory or management experience in a restaurant, hotel, or luxury hospitality environment.
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English and computer applications including MS Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional service standards across all meal periods.
Lead, coach, train and develop restaurant team members while fostering a guest-focused environment.
Build strong guest relationships, address feedback, and ensure memorable dining experiences.
Collaborate with the Executive Chef and F&B leadership on menus, promotions and guest satisfaction initiatives.
Assist in managing labor costs, scheduling, inventory, cash handling, reporting and profitability.
