The role emphasizes attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality, with a focus on flawless service, teamwork with kitchen and bar, and maintaining pristine dining areas in a fast-paced luxury setting.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in waiter/service role, preferably in luxury hospitality or fine dining.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed, professional, and guest-oriented appearance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
• Strong attention to detail and service excellence mindset.
• Team player with positive and proactive attitude.

Aufgaben

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and warm manner
• Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen/bar
• Serve food and drinks promptly and according to luxury service standards
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience by anticipating needs
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables and dining areas
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and service teams for smooth operations
• Handle guest requests and feedback with professionalism and care
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and brand service standards at all times
