Shangri-La Bosphorus, Istanbul is seeking a Director of Operations to lead the hotel’s rooms division and guest services at a luxury 5-star property.

You will oversee Front Office, Spa, Housekeeping, Security and Engineering, drive performance, manage budgets, ensure brand standards, and mentor a high-performing team.

Fluent in English and Turkish, we expect a strategic leader who can foster collaboration, guest satisfaction, and sustainable profitability.

Qualifications

• Leads and oversees Rooms Division across Front Office, Spa, Housekeeping, Security and Engineering.
• Drives guest satisfaction, service quality, and cost efficiency.
• Ensures compliance with brand standards, safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead operational departments to maintain luxury service standards.
• Drive performance, productivity, and profitability while managing costs.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless guest journeys.
• Monitor KPIs, guest satisfaction, and quality audits with timely improvements.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing, and resource planning for the hotel.
• Develop and mentor high-performing teams through coaching and succession planning.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and hotel facility condition.
