Job summary

Akçansa is seeking an HR Specialist to design and deliver learning and development initiatives while driving talent acquisition and employer branding efforts. This role blends a strong L&D focus with ownership of recruitment-marketing and EVP activities to attract top talent.

You will collaborate with business leaders, HRBPs, and stakeholders to identify capability needs, manage the annual training cycle, and enhance onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Social Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years HR experience, esp. Learning & Development or Talent Acquisition.
• Knowledge of organizational development methodologies and competency frameworks.
• Experience with HRIS (Workday) and data analysis is a strong asset.
• Excellent English; German knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing or matrix-structured organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders, HRBPs, and stakeholders to identify learning needs and support OD initiatives.
• Plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate L&D programs and annual training cycles.
• Own onboarding programs to help new employees integrate into the culture.
• Leverage digital learning tech and HR systems to enhance development.
• Support talent acquisition processes, including sourcing and interview coordination.
• Develop employer branding initiatives and EVP communications.
• Partner with external training providers and universities.
• Align and deploy global people practices within Heidelberg Materials network.
