Randstad Türkiye is seeking a Senior Recruitment Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment across the organization. You will collaborate with business units and senior management to analyze needs, craft job descriptions and candidate profiles, and build a strong talent pool.

Qualificações

• University degree in HR or related field.
• 5–8 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, machinery, automotive, or international companies preferred.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage company-wide recruitment processes end-to-end.
• Work with business units and senior management to analyze recruitment needs.
• Create job descriptions, competencies, and candidate profiles.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, career portals, candidate databases, and direct search methods.
• Conduct headhunting and talent mapping for engineering, technical, sales, management, and specialists.
• Diversify candidate sources and build a strong talent pool.
• Conduct preliminary interviews, competency-based interviews, and evaluations.
• Coordinate interviews with recruitment managers and manage evaluations.
• Manage offers and salary negotiations; perform reference checks.
• Track recruitment KPIs and report to management; improve processes and candidate experience.
• Contribute to employer branding; develop relationships with universities and networks.
• Manage outsourced recruitment firms when needed; ensure GDPR compliance.
