Job summary

Çimentaş is seeking an experienced Talent Development & Employer Branding Leader to shape and deliver our people strategy in line with our business priorities. You will lead development programs, employer branding initiatives and internal communications with cross-functional partners across the organization.

You will design career paths, leadership development, and toolkits to strengthen capabilities, while managing budgets and enhancing employee experience and our employer reputation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Employer Branding or related HR areas
• 2+ years in project leadership, team coordination or people management
• Experience designing and delivering development programs and employer branding initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management, project management and communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in MS Office, HR systems such as SuccessFactors and Learning Management Systems
• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred

• Develop career paths, competency frameworks and development tools for critical technical and leadership pipelines.
• Coordinate Group development programs locally and manage the annual learning and development plan and budget.
• Design and implement talent acquisition initiatives, including graduate and internship programs.
• Develop and execute the employer branding roadmap in line with our company culture and business priorities.
• Strengthen our employer brand presence across social media and digital platforms.
• Develop initiatives that enhance employee experience and encourage employee ambassadorship.
• Develop the internal communication roadmap and manage communication through digital platforms, events, webinars and employee engagement activities.
• Contribute to HR process improvement and digitalization projects using data analytics, artificial intelligence and modern HR technologies.
• Act as HR Business Partner for one of the functions in the organization

What are we looking for?

• Preferably at least 7 years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Employer Branding or related HR areas
• Preferably at least 2 years of experience in project leadership, team coordination or people management
• Experience in designing and delivering development programs and employer branding initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management, project management and communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in MS Office, HR systems such as SuccessFactors and Learning Management Systems
• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred
