Job summary

Koç University is seeking a Talent Acquisition & HR Partnering Specialist to join the Human Resources Directorate to lead end-to-end recruitment and help shape an engaging candidate experience.

You will build talent pipelines, explore new channels, use digital tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Kariyer.net), and collaborate with academic and administrative units to ensure staffing meets institutional needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from relevant departments.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in recruitment.
• Familiarity with modern recruitment methods and digital screening/assessment tools.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, planning, and follow-up skills.
• Collaborative, solution-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Good command of English.
• Embraces the HR Business Partner approach and is open to development in this area.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes in line with institutional hiring needs (need analysis, job posting, candidate screening, interviews, offer, etc.).
• Exploring and implementing innovative and alternative recruitment channels.
• Supporting employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
• Building talent pipelines through internal and external partnerships (e.g., career fairs, alumni engagement, university collaborations).
• Effectively using digital recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Kariyer.net, etc.).
• Preparing reports and conducting analysis related to recruitment activities.
• Collaborating closely with academic and administrative units to conduct needs assessments.
• Supporting core HR processes such as onboarding and development.
• Act as a trusted advisor on culture, engagement, and employee experience topics.
• Contributing to the implementation and internalization of HR policies across assigned units.
• Developing action plans to enhance employee experience.
