Job summary

• Analyze training and development needs, create the annual training plan, monitor progress, and prepare reports.
• Align training and development plans with company strategies.
• Manage and enhance LMS (Learning Management System) processes and ensure regular content updates.
• Design, organize, and coordinate training programs.
• Develop and implement new projects to strengthen employee competencies.
• Contribute to the integration of competency management and development processes.
• Measure and report the effectiveness of training and development initiatives.
• Drive innovative development activities and practices to enhance employee experience.
