Job summary

BSH Ev Aletleri Türkiye is looking for an ambitious Master’s student to join our Learning & Development team in an international setting. You will work four days a week on data analysis, reporting and deriving actionable insights to improve learning programs.

You will explore AI-enabled analytics, benchmark L&D trends, and help translate findings into meaningful management insights while collaborating across regions and functions.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s program with availability to work at least 4 days per week.
• Very good written and verbal English communication skills in an international environment.
• Interest in Learning & Development, data analytics, AI and digitalization, with good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Curious, analytical and proactive with ability to contribute ideas and value.

Responsibilities

• Support Global Learning & Development with data analysis, reporting and insights.
• Analyze learning data and KPIs to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Explore how AI and digital tools can enhance learning analytics and reporting.
• Conduct external research on L&D trends and best practices.
• Support portfolio analysis and collaborate across countries and functions.

• Support the Global Learning & Development team with a strong focus on data analysis, reporting and actionable insights
• Analyze learning data and KPIs to identify trends, gaps and improvement opportunities, and translate findings into meaningful management insights
• Explore how AI and digital tools can enhance learning analytics, reporting and ways of working
• Conduct external research and benchmarking on L&D trends, innovations and best practices, bringing new ideas into the organization
• Support global learning portfolio analysis and selected strategic L&D projects, collaborating with colleagues across countries and functions

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled in a Master's program with availability to work at least 4 days per week
• Very good written and verbal English communication skills and confidence working in an international and virtual environment
• Strong interest in Learning & Development, data analytics, AI and digitalization, with good Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI or similar tools are a plus
• Curious, analytical and open-minded, with the motivation to explore, question existing approaches and proactively bring new ideas and additional value
• Collaborative and proactive, with strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to take ownership of assigned topics
