Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Türk A.Ş. is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional in Türkiye to transform development needs into impactful learning solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the business and HR to strengthen a culture of continuous learning.

You will drive end-to-end L&D processes, analyze training needs, coordinate programs, and contribute to digital learning initiatives, enabling employees for today and the future.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development.
• Good command of English.
• Strong stakeholder and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, and Learning Management System (LMS) preferably Oracle HCM.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end learning and development processes.
• Conduct training needs analysis and support annual training planning.
• Coordinate internal and external training programs.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and HR teams.
• Track training effectiveness, participation, and related KPIs.
• Contribute to digital learning and employee development projects.
