Job summary

Hitachi Energy seeks a Global Technical Knowledge and Digitization Specialist to architect a training center of expertise and lead global LMS processes, standards, and analytics. You will design learning paths, certifications, and content mapping, ensuring safety, quality and compliance across a 12,000+ workforce.

You will collaborate with SMEs, instructional designers, and leaders to prioritize content and drive continuous improvement in learning delivery at a global scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in adult education, LMS, and training in relevant industries.
• Experience with Cornerstone OnDemand and learning analytics is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to create role-, level-, and skill-based learning paths and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage upload/review of courses, content, and analytics in the LMS.
• Coach managers, admins, and trainers on digitization and tracking of training.
• Create knowledge assets: best practices, guides, and short videos for LMS.
