Job summary

Gizli Şirket seeks an Information Technology Analyst to ensure smooth IT operations across infrastructure, cloud apps, and end-user support. You will manage Microsoft 365 services, oversee hardware inventory, and coordinate software deployments.

Responsibilities include helping users, onboarding/offboarding, and maintaining asset lifecycles while coordinating procurement in line with vendor relations and business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Microsoft 365 services, licenses, and security policies.
• Proven ability to support end users and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Familiarity with cloud applications, archiving, and IT operations processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer user accounts, licensing, email policies, and security configurations across Microsoft 365.
• Support and maintain cloud collaboration tools and Exchange architecture.
• Oversee deployment, patching, and support for business applications and Office suites.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for end-user requests and onboarding/offboarding tasks.
