Qualifications

• 3–5 years in IT support, IT operations, or systems administration.
• Strong English proficiency, written and spoken; this is a fully English‑speaking organization.
• Hands‑on Microsoft 365 administration covering user/license management, Exchange and mailbox permissions, SharePoint, and mail flow troubleshooting.
• Experience running a device fleet end to end: purchase, setup, shipping, inventory, recovery, secure wipe.

Responsibilities

• Own IT onboarding and offboarding end to end, including email, SharePoint, and device provisioning.
• Manage user accounts across Microsoft 365, Jira, HubSpot, JustCall, and CTMS; enforce MFA and password standards.
• Serve as first point of contact for IT requests; provide hands‑on support in İstanbul office.
• Procure, deploy, track, and recover laptops and office hardware across Turkey, US, Europe, LATAM; keep inventory accurate.
• Administer Microsoft 365 mailboxes, permissions, distribution lists, email groups; resolve mail flow issues.
• Manage Jira and Confluence users, permissions, screen schemes, automations, and templates; maintain docs.
• Lead vendor research, quotes, vendor selection, renewals; manage licenses and domains.
• Deliver recurring device status reports and support IT policy/compliance with HR and leadership.
