Job summary

Massive Bio runs a distributed workforce and seeks an IT Operations Lead to own employee IT lifecycle, device provisioning, and end-to-end lifecycle management. You will manage accounts across Microsoft 365, Jira, HubSpot, JustCall, and CTMS, enforce MFA, and provide hands-on desk-side support from the Istanbul office.

The role spans onboarding/offboarding, device fleet management across Turkey, the US, Europe and LATAM, and vendor/renewals.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in IT support, IT operations, or systems administration in a small or mid-sized org.
• Strong English proficiency, written and spoken; this is an English-speaking org.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration: user/license mgmt, Exchange/mailbox permissions, SharePoint, mail flow.
• Experience running a device fleet end to end: purchase, setup, shipping, inventory, recovery, wipe.
• Experience owning vendor research, quotes, selection, renewals.
• Self-starter who can work across multiple time zones without close supervision.

Responsibilities

• Employee IT lifecycle: onboarding/offboarding end to end, email, SharePoint, provisioning, and device retrieval.
• Account and access management: create, maintain, revoke accounts in MS 365, Jira, HubSpot, JustCall, CTMS; enforce MFA.
• Service desk and on-site support: first point of contact for IT requests; hands-on support in Istanbul office.
• Device and equipment lifecycle: purchase, setup, ship, track, recover laptops across Turkey, US, Europe, LATAM.
• Microsoft 365 administration: mailboxes, permissions, distribution lists; resolve mail flow issues.
• Jira and Confluence administration: manage users/permissions, screens, automations, templates; document updates.
• Vendor, licensing, renewals: manage hardware/software procurements; renewals and license management.
• Reporting and IT policy: provide device status reporting; assist HR/leadership with IT policy/compliance.
