Insider One seeks an experienced IT Manager to lead internal IT operations from our Istanbul office. You will guide a small team, balance hands-on work with strategic planning, and coordinate across security, cloud, and network domains.

Qualifications

• 7–8+ years in IT operations, infrastructure, or related areas.
• Proven leadership with experience guiding IT teams.
• Broad technical breadth across IT infrastructure, cloud, security, and end-user support.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and shape the IT team, defining responsibilities and priorities.
• Oversee infrastructure, network, cloud, security, and end-user support.
• Manage IT projects from planning through delivery with quality outcomes.
• Provide technical direction and hands-on support when needed.
• Identify risks and improve processes with scalable solutions.
• Ensure incidents are resolved within agreed service levels.
