Job summary

Gizli Şirket seeks an Information Technology Analyst to ensure smooth IT operations across infrastructure, cloud apps, and end-user support. You will manage Microsoft 365 services, oversee hardware inventory, and coordinate software deployments.

Responsibilities include helping users, onboarding/offboarding, and maintaining asset lifecycles while coordinating procurement in line with vendor relations and business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Microsoft 365 services, licenses, and security policies.
• Proven ability to support end users and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Familiarity with cloud applications, archiving, and IT operations processes.

We are looking for an Information Technology Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will ensure the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure, manage enterprise cloud applications, oversee hardware inventory, and deliver end-user support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Systems & Application Administration

• Administer user accounts, licensing, email policies, and security configurations across the Microsoft 365 environment,
• Support and maintain cloud collaboration tools, Microsoft 365 services, Exchange architecture, and archiving infrastructures,
• Oversee deployment, regular patching/updates, and technical support for business applications and Office suites,

IT Operations & End-User Support

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for end-user requests, troubleshooting hardware, software, printing, and peripheral issues with agreed SLAs,
• Handle onboarding and offboarding technical processes, ensuring smooth setup and handover of user workstations,

Hardware, Asset Management & Procurement

• Maintain, audit, and track the end-to-end IT hardware and software inventory lifecycle,
• Identify technological requirements and coordinate IT procurement processes in line with business needs and vendor relations,
