Job summary

Nobel Ilac A.S in Turkey seeks an IT Infrastructure & Security professional to manage and improve IT infrastructure operations, ensure system availability and support information security through effective system administration.

You will lead projects, coordinate end-user IT operations, monitor servers, AD, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and coordinate with SOC, EDR/XDR, NDR for security. English language required for effective collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar IT infrastructure/security role.
Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and core networking technologies.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD) and fundamental system administration.
Knowledge of information security principles and vulnerability management processes.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and manage IT infrastructure improvement projects.
Coordinate end-user IT operations and support services.
Ensure uninterrupted operation of servers, network infrastructure, data centers and enterprise systems.
Manage Active Directory, user accounts, and core system administration processes.
Support administration of Microsoft 365 and related cloud services.
Monitor service levels (SLAs) and drive continuous service improvements.
Coordinate vulnerability management, remediation, and patch management activities.
Monitor security events from SOC/EDR/XDR/NDR and support incident response.
Coordinate penetration testing and security assessments; track remediation.
Ensure security policy compliance and coordinate with internal and external teams.
Prepare regular IT infrastructure and information security reports.
