Job summary

Insider One in Istanbul is seeking an IT Manager to lead a growing IT team and drive the infrastructure, security, and end‑user support across Windows, macOS, and Linux. You will own IAM, cloud services, networks, and SaaS access, collaborating with global stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

The role demands hands‑on leadership, broad technical expertise, and a proactive, ownership‑driven mindset to help Insider One stay at the forefront of modern digital engagement.

Qualifications

• 7–8 years in IT operations and infrastructure.
• Experience leading IT teams.
• Broad knowledge of IT security and cloud.
• Experience with SaaS tools like Jira and Slack.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support the IT team, defining responsibilities and ways of working.
• Understand the existing IT structure, projects, and business needs.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, network, cloud, security, and end-user support.
• Manage IT projects from planning to delivery with timely execution.
• Provide technical direction and hands-on support when needed.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and develop sustainable solutions.
• Ensure incidents are prioritized and resolved within SLAs.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding, access rights, and asset lifecycle.
• Manage Windows, macOS, Linux and device operations.
• Improve IAM tools like Active Directory and JumpCloud.
• Oversee network operations and server processes.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Manage SaaS access per security procedures.
