Job summary

Lincoln Electric in Istanbul seeks an experienced sales professional to execute domestic sales activities and expand market share. You will leverage CRM to generate and convert leads, promote target products, and manage collections in line with DSO targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in domestic sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Goal-oriented, highly persuasive, and results-driven.
• No travel restrictions and able to adapt to flexible working hours.
• Preferably experienced in B2B sales and knowledgeable about the industry.
• Completion of awareness training on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 27001 standards.
• Having IWE (International Welding Certificate) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Execute sales activities in line with company objectives while closely monitoring and responding to competitor actions.
• Maintain the existing market share and increase it by identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
• Effectively utilize the CRM system, generate new leads, and convert existing leads into sales.
• Promote and sell the company's designated target products.
• Manage collection activities in accordance with the targeted accounts receivable days (DSO) and collection objectives.
