Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in production processes, preferably automotive/white goods/metal sectors.
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing techniques (Kaizen, 5S, TPM).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• MS Office and SAP/ERP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production processes daily to improve efficiency.
• Ensure machine/equipment operation and report malfunctions.
• Lead continuous improvement projects (Kaizen).
• Ensure safety and quality standards on the production floor.
• Organize workforce/resources per production plan.
• Monitor and report production data via SAP/ERP.
