Qualifications

• MBA or postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline.
• Service Sales / Marketing qualification and experience is essential.
• Strong business acumen with ability to understand financial targets.
• Excellent customer service approach and analytical skills.
• Strategic thinker with ability to coach and develop teams.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work in B2B environments.
• Istanbul-based or willing to be based there.

Responsibilities

• Grow, engage and develop the Service team.
• Coach and support associates on performance expectations.
• Take sales responsibility for equipment business.
• Manage service spare parts stock and warranty processes.
• Define country service sales strategy and coach the team.
• Contribute to top-level business planning and sales targets.
• Drive value-based selling and identify market opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement initiatives.
• Run analysis and prepare reports for strategic decisions.
• Work with Service Teams to ensure highest customer satisfaction.
