Qualifications

• Market research and new business development in assigned region.
• Development and management of distributor relationships.
• Participation in international trade fairs and exhibitions.
• Export sales process management from quotation to shipment.
• Coordination with production and operations on export orders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct systematic market research in the assigned region and target countries to identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers.
• Effectively manage, follow up on, and develop relationships with existing distributors.
• Visit existing distributors and companies identified through market research.
• Represent the company at international trade fairs and exhibitions.
• Manage and follow up on the export sales process from quotation and pricing through production and shipment.
• Coordinate and provide the necessary direction to the export production and operations teams.
• Work in line with assigned sales targets and the sales budget, and regularly report sales performance and results for the assigned region to the management.
• Maintain a strong understanding of industry developments and market dynamics within the assigned region and report potential business opportunities.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and follow up on after-sales processes.
