Job summary

Syensqo is seeking a Customer Service Representative (F/M/X) in Istanbul to manage end-to-end order processing in SAP, ensure OTIF delivery, and coordinate with Planning, Warehouse/3PL, Logistics, and Sales.

The role requires 2+ years in B2B customer service or order management, strong SAP and Excel skills, and excellent English. We offer competitive compensation, generous parental leave, and a training platform.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B customer service or order management.
• Strong SAP knowledge and Excel skills.
• English language proficiency (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Create, validate, and manage customer orders in SAP (order entry, confirmations, changes, cancellations).
• Coordinate with Planning, Warehouse/3PL, Logistics, and Sales to ensure OTIF delivery.
• Inform customers about order status, lead times, allocations, and delivery changes.
• Manage delivery-related issues (shortages, damages, delays) and coordinate claims with relevant teams.
• Support invoicing accuracy by ensuring correct order data and resolving discrepancies.
• Maintain customer master data in SAP and ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor backlog and blocked orders and follow up with Finance/Sales for resolution.
• Prepare and share regular service KPIs and operational reports.
