Melissa AI is seeking sales representatives to assist customers with order processes, from inquiries to successful order completion, including resolving issues and guiding product features.

You will help clients with purchases, cancellations, upgrades and returns, provide technical support, and maintain accurate records. Strong communication, problem-solving and relationship-building are essential, with professional English required and Turkish citizenship preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Servicing inbound customer inquiries by providing information, solutions and troubleshooting.
• Promptly responding to customer queries via phone channels.
• Encourage customers to buy products by using a prepared script referencing key offerings.
• Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
• Advise prospective and current customers by answering questions about purchased products.
• Update database with new information during calls and back up data regularly.
• Complete forms and record logs to create accurate files for each customer.
• Report changes to equipment or processes to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Liaise with colleagues or managers to find best solutions to issues.
• Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
