Qualifications

• 3–6 months of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls or online inquiries to assist customers.
• Meet contractual KPIs and ensure accurate resolution of issues.
• Clarify requirements, listen attentively, and build rapport with customers.
• Greet customers professionally and maintain knowledge of products/services.
• Document interactions and update accounts as required.
• Support customer satisfaction initiatives and suggest additional products/services.
• Use tools to track, document, and retrieve information efficiently.
• Refer to published materials or senior staff for complex queries.
• Collaborate with team members and adapt to changing environments.
• Rotate shifts as needed based on location/program.
