Job summary

ABB is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to support the sales team with technically sound, cost-effective solutions and to coordinate complex offers for customers in a hybrid work setting. You will provide expert technical input in meetings and negotiations, ensuring clear communication of specifications and terms.

You will manage development of offers with internal teams, and oversee contract negotiations in line with ABB terms, aiding smooth handovers and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering is required.
• Ability to read technical specifications and prepare deviation lists and datasheets.
• Experience in contractual negotiations and technical clarifications is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Turkish.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team and customers by identifying cost-effective, technically suitable solutions.
• Provide technical consultation in meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Coordinate development of technical/commercial offers per customer specs with internal teams.
• Manage contract negotiations in line with ABB terms and support project handovers.
