Job summary

ABB in Türkiye seeks a Sales Support Engineer to back the sales team by identifying cost-effective, technically suitable solutions and coordinating with internal teams on complex offers. You will lead the development of technical/commercial offers per customer specs and participate in meetings and negotiations.

Based in Dilovası, you will support contract negotiations and handovers, with potential international travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Electrical & Electronics acceptable).
Minimum 2 years’ MV switchgear experience; MV systems and switchgear design/sales preferred.
Ability to read technical specs and prepare datasheets for MV gear.
Experience in contractual negotiations and clarifications is preferred.
Fluent in English and Turkish; French/Arabic a plus; willing to travel internationally.
Based in Dilovası or nearby Kocaeli/Istanbul Anatolian Side.

Responsibilities

Support the sales team and customers by identifying cost-effective, technically suitable solutions and contributing to complex offer preparations.
Provide technical consultation in meetings, presentations, and negotiations, ensuring accurate communication of technical details.
Lead the development of technical/commercial offers per customer specifications, coordinating with relevant internal teams.
Manage contract negotiations in line with ABB terms, analyze lost opportunities, and support project handovers and improvements.
