Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with an analytical mindset.
• Openness to develop and learn; ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Driver’s license and ability to drive; no travel restrictions to group locations.
• Military service completed (for male candidates).

Responsibilities

• Maintenance, adjustments, and spare parts for notebooks, PCs, and printers.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair computer faults.
• Provide end-user support in a domain environment.
• Knowledgeable about Active Directory structure.
• Know cybersecurity concepts, standards, and procedures.
• Install and update antivirus programs on endpoints.
• Setup and troubleshoot mobile devices.
• Experience with desktop and server operating systems.
• Manage IT inventory and ITSM programs.
• Intervene remotely and on-site when needed, outside hours.
